We provide two types of service – ‘Partial’ which comprises work stages 1-2 as set out below and a ‘Full’ service, which includes all stage 3. The various stages of work are as follows: -
Work Stage 1: Taking client brief, survey of premises and
production of sketch scheme drawings.
Work Stage 2: Following client approval of sketch scheme,
consult Local Authority planners and prepare design Drawings for submission for Full Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent if required.
Work Stage 3: Prepare building regulation drawings and make submission to Local Authority for Building Regulation Approval.
kompas Design+Build will design buildings to our clients
Requirements and apply for planning permission. Once obtained we will build ready for occupation, including obtaining all approvals and final certification and approval.
We will Design+Build housing and flat development with the aim to obtain the maximum amount of units on the site, commercial and industrial being designed to owner’s requirements and comply with local planning guide lines.
Design+Build can reduce costs and time scales, works can start quickly on site, building projects can be under taken on a fixed price basis, all to our client’s requirements.
